Our story is built on a unique partnership between two individuals, Chris and Jay, who share a passion for providing exceptional HVAC services. With over 35 years of hands-on expertise, Chris Larkins has spent decades installing & troubleshooting furnaces and air conditioning units. In the process of mastering the trade, he has earned the trust of countless customers in his hometown of San Diego. His deep knowledge and commitment to the community are the foundation of our company.

Almost 3 years ago, Chris saw potential in Jay James, an active real estate investor and enthusiastic Sales Director. Impressed after Jay performed a SAAS demo presentation for him, they began to forge a relationship. Jay spent the past 8 years spearheading an aggressive sales team for a tech startup, advising HVAC contractors on ways to modernize their business. Recognizing the value of combining technical expertise with customer-focused skills, Chris took Jay under his wing, mentoring him to become a skilled technician and a trusted partner in the field.

Together, they bring a unique blend of wisdom and innovation to the table. Our seasoned experience ensures that no job is too complex, while our forward-thinking approach keeps us adaptable to modern solutions and customer needs.
